Swimming reloaded

Michaelibad München
After my doctor allowed me swimming as rehabilitation last week, I immediately packed my sports bag and walked to the indoor pool.  On the way at the pool "Michaelibad" a pleasant anticipation raised, I was glad restarting with swim training.
Swimming laps in the pool are extreme relaxing for me. That's really true. While I am swimming my only thoughts are about strokes, breath and how many laps.

As I entered the building nothing had changed since my last time. The changing cabins were exactly so small as usual, it smelled like every indoor pool and the pool itself was overcrowded as every time. Goggles on and start with the training. After the first 100 meter I stopped breathlessly at the edge of the pool. Damn is that hard. I was completely exhausted. Wow, there is a lot of training necessary to get back to my old level.

So I decided to start  swimming  easy and relaxed with nothing to be care of, good strokes and better swim technique, speed and duration will become early enough important nut not today. My knee didn't make any trouble so I relaxed. After reached 800 m distance I pressed the stop and save bottom at my Garmin Swim and left the pool. I know it's important not to overstress. Therefore I sticked to the plan only 800 m next two weeks.

But it was a extremly good feeling as I left the "Michaelibad". I was swimming again. And even after the second time my knee is OK without any problems.

Everthing's gonna be alright.
